What is Sunreed's policies for returns, exchanges, and damages that occur during shipping?

General Return Policy:  All of our products are guaranteed to arrive in new working condition.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, in new, unused condition, in original packaging, for full credit, refund or exchange, less shipping costs.  If you would like to return the item, please contact us, so we can give you the appropriate return address.  On some occasions, what appears to be a problem with an instrument may simply be a matter of learning to use it correctly, for instance.  And, we are here to assist you, and skilled at helping!  We may, also, be able to assist you in a better selection if you are unhappy with an instrument you chose!  We strive for your satisfaction.  The method used for payment will be used for any refund due.  Items marked 'by Special Order' or ‘By commission' (instruments or paintings made to your specifications,) may not be returned without prior approval.  CD’s and DVD’s may be returned only if unopened.

Is There A Restocking Fee?: There is not a restocking fee on more items. There is a $20 restocking fee on all crystal bowl orders of more than one bowl, as well as gong stands.

For Exchanges:  We welcome you to select any item for exchange, and you will only be billed for any additional cost for that product, including shipping.  We will immediately refund any balance due from an exchange, by the original payment method.  For any warranty exchanges we will pay shipping back to you.  International orders may be required to pay shipping both ways, even for warranty exchange. 

Damages Incurred During Shipping: While it is rare, if any item arrives damaged, please contact us by the next business day. (Our crystal bowls and all other items are packed very well and it is rare to have an item arrived damaged, but if this occurs, please do follow these instructions.)  All packages must be inspected for damage at the time of receipt, and any damage must be reported within 3 days.  All items are shipped fully insured.  If damage occurs during shipping, all packaging must be kept for possible inspection by the shipping agent. Please contact us before returning the item.  

Lost Packages: If you package was stolen at the time of delivery, please report this to us, and you will as well need to report to the delivery company. We will try our best to help in the situation.

What If I Received Free Shipping Off My Original Order?: If you received free shipping off your original order, the shipping cost discounted will need to be taken off of your refunded amount in the case of a return. For example, if your original order was for $200, and you received free shipping worth $20, your refunded amount will be $180, taking off the original cost paid to have the product shipped to you.

Gift Cards Are Non-refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable. Items purchased with a gift card may be returned for store credit.
